Mark was excellent to work with. From the initial estimate he was there when he said he would be and was prompt in getting an estimate together. When the job was scheduled they were on time each and every day. His crew was very friendly and easy to work with. My project, by no means, was an easy one to prep and work with. When my husband and I decided to look into new flooring, we were planning on looking at several places. We went to Ground FX first and immediately decided we didn’t want to look anywhere else. Mark helped us pick out exactly what we were looking for in no time. They have a huge selection, but you tell them what you’re looking for and they take you right to it so it’s not overwhelming. The owner is a arrogant piece of work.. He has showed his true colors and the concrete coating Industry gets their bad reputations from guys like this. Don’t buy from him unless you want to be bullied and pushed around.. There is plenty of better more reputable company’s than this.. Save yourself the headache. Please pm me with any questions and i will guarantee you run away!
I had a great experience several years ago when our wood floors were put in. I have to say not such a good experience with our backsplash.
