I was able to attend a gentle yoga session with Rachel and it was the perfect start to my week. The movement was relaxing and her facilitation of the session brought a sense of peace and calm to the group. She provided many variations for various levels throughout the session. She ended with a meditation that allowed us to relax, reflect and visualize moving forward in our individual lives. She was an excellent leader and develops trust with those with whom she works. kristian

She takes her time, listens closely, and really tries to understand what’s going on beneath the surface.
