I had an amazing experience at Grotto de Sal today! After an exhilirating Cryotherapy treatment I spent an intoxicating 45 minutes in the Dead Sea Float. Pure bliss! I walked into Grotto de Sal with aching shoulders, feeling exhausted from travel and multiple hard training sessions (I am a professional aerialist) and walked out exhilarated and completely pain free! I will be a regular here for sure! Thanks to Kerin and Rachel for taking such good care of me, I can't wait for my next visit!
Cryotherapy is exhilarating. It took me awhile to thaw out. But I had no pain the next day. Pretty cool experience.

Healing in luxury! The staff is wonderful and it's a perfect blend of effective treatments and an opulent environment. I honestly don't know how they get people to leave once they're in! The Dead Sea pool rejuvenated me after a few busy days & sleep deprivation, muscle soreness, etc. The salt room treatment literally feels like it's purifying your lungs & entire body. All the services were beyond my wildest expectations. They even have a parking lot behind the building.
