With legends like Frank Sinatra and Robert De Niro having frequented this place, Grotta has always been one of the most popular Italian restaurants in the neighborhood. The 'Blue Grotto' disappeared for six years since its opening over a century ago, however it reopened with renewed vigor again to much fanfare. The multi-level eatery still retains some historic features like the marble and mosaic floors; and its vintage mahogany bar and wine cave stack about 1,600 bottles.

Fabulous food and service! And the best cannolis around!
Joe and I attended a Christmas party there with our dear friends. Food and service was great!
The food was great especially the beef bracciole and the vodka rigatoni. Average price compared to the surrounding restaurants. Waiter didn't offer dessert options when asked.
Great pizza....Great atmosphere...Nice Italian food!!
