RecommendedDr. Horowitz and I met back in 1978 when I interviewed her for the newspaper. Her hospital had just opened on Lowell Road. Since then she has been our Vet for a long line of cats and dogs. She and her staff are compassionate, knowledgeable, and capable.
Dr. Horowitz was our vet for 38 years until we moved to FL last year. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate from the time our pups were born until their last days. She always chooses staff with her high standards. Miss you all.
The whole staff at GVH is like no other hospital around... the staff here goes above and beyond for their clients' needs, whether it be accommodating appointments or just checking in to make sure everything is going ok! I am so grateful for what they did for my Maggie, she wouldn't be here if it wasn't for Dr.Horowitzs knowledge and caring staff!
Thanks to Dr. Horowitz .....and the entire staff. This week our beloved cat passed and her care was handled with compassion. We even got a sympathy card in the mail saying a donation in her name had been made to an organization that trains service animals.. Thank you for helping us through a tough time.
Groton Veterinary Hospital has walked alongside us through three dogs and numerous cats over the many years of our life in Groton. We are grateful for everyone and the outstanding medical care our beloved pets have received.

These folks are awesome. They have been our veterinarian since we moved to Groton. They have been there when we needed them and have given our animals the best of care.
