Dr.Grossman was very accommodating and answered all my questions with tons of information. I feel very confident in my upcoming operation with him and the relief it will provide
Dr.Grossman was able to provide a family friend the needed orthopedic operation. Can't say enough great things about the care and attention to detail Dr.Grossman and his office provide. Very thankful!
Dr Grossman is extremely cold and doesn’t care one bit about how the patient feels or what is best for the patient. Dr Grossman seems very frustrated and even rolled his eyes when exiting the room. Dr Grossman seems to think if you don’t require surgery that you should be able to run marathons and your not really injured and nothing is wrong with you at all.
I did wait about an hour to see the doctor, which is annoying, and had to fill out paper forms (why not an ipad or a link to fill it up in my computer?). BUT, the doctor came in, knew his stuff and most importantly took all the time neccesary to talk to me, evaluate, and explain. That gets him 5 stars.
This practice is extremely unethical. I went in to see dr Grossman with my MRI cd and report I was told the dr wouldn't see me unless they took X-rays of my back. I explained to them an MRI is superiori in diagnosing a back problem. So I felt bullied by the girl into doing the X-ray. The dr took all of 5 minutes with me never looked me in the eye dismissed me to see a rheumatologist. All this do they can bill extra from X-rays 129.00 And I did go to rheumatologist and dr Grossman was WRONG !!!
Awesome Doctor. He spent a good deal of time explaining my condition. I did not need surgery, however, he made several suggestions of how to help my condition.
The absolute nicest, smartest doctor. Really made me feel comfortable and fixed my issue!
