Designer Furniture at Manufacturer prices Grossman's was referred to us by a friend, and what a find! Almost any piece of furniture that you want they can get at a better price. If they can't get that exact brand, chances are you will find something better because they offer such a large line of manufacturers. Diane Moss has been our salesperson for years, and she is friendly, knowledgable, and always helpful. Grossman's uses McDaniel's shipping for their deliveries, and they are always awesome.
I thought they were 5 stars..... Long story short, I ordered two couches that arrived not only 2 months late, but also damaged. It took another 4 months to get the couches fixed. I was compensated (after a lot of phone calls) $350 and was given a 5 year warranty for free. About 3.5 years later I have a stain on my couch. The company that does the warranty work went out of business. Grossman's said they will "try" to send me a bottle of cleaner, but if that doesn't work I will have to pay to get it cleaned. Tremendous Value Grossman's is almost as good as getting custom furniture without paying a custom price. They carry an incredible selection of brand names and every type of furniture that one can imagine. Their salespeople are knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. They have a large showroom and countless catalogues to find the exact piece you are looking for. If you cannot find what you want here, than good luck.
Grossman's has been our family's go-to furniture store for decades. They have an excellent selections, but more importantly the service is exceptional. Whether it's with one of their knowledgable and helpful sales associates, or their delivery arm, Grossman's team is top-notch. This furniture was initially order on August 9, 2017, with an 8 weeks delivery, which would put delivery at about October 4th. NO COMMUNICATION FROM ANYONE AT GROSSMAN. Almost 2 months later you want to deliver to me the same furniture from September 15, 2017!!!! You delivered furniture to me in 4 weeks (August 9, 2017 to September 15, 2017).
