This furniture was initially order on August 9, 2017, with an 8 weeks delivery, which would put delivery at about October 4th. NO COMMUNICATION FROM ANYONE AT GROSSMAN. Almost 2 months later you want to deliver to me the same furniture from September 15, 2017!!!! You delivered furniture to me in 4 weeks (August 9, 2017 to September 15, 2017). We purchased a Stanley bedroom furniture last year. There were defects on 3 pieces: the dresser, which had a cracked backpiece, the headboard had 3 streaks, and the chest had a blister bubble. The furniture was delivered on 12/18/15 and the only piece that was repaired was the dresser. A furniture repairman came out and took pictures of the defects, but the store will not commit to a date as to when the remaining pieces will be corrected. Highly Recommend Grossman Furniture – We recently moved into a new townhouse and needed to furnish a few rooms. We are very happy with the furniture we got and the customer service was terrific. We dealt with a salesman named John Bosch who was extremely knowledgeable. The prices were great and I specifically wanted furniture made in the USA and they carry quite alot of manufacturers who fit the bill. The furniture was delivered on time and the movers were very professional. I will definately go back to them in the future.

Received Damaged Furniture – We ordered a beautiful bedroom set for our boys and what we received was a damaged chest of drawers that had been touched up. Now a repairman has to come out and try to fix it. There has been no offer of a new one--even though it was over $850. Completely and utterly disappointed!!! Thinking of calling News station to do a story--I know a producer. When I call the store--they just tell me "Be calm".

I thought they were 5 stars...... – Long story short, I ordered two couches that arrived not only 2 months late, but also damaged. It took another 4 months to get the couches fixed. I was compensated (after a lot of phone calls) $350 and was given a 5 year warranty for free. About 3.5 years later I have a stain on my couch. The company that does the warranty work went out of business. Grossman's said they will "try" to send me a bottle of cleaner, but if that doesn't work I will have to pay to get it cleaned. GREAT STAFF! – Being a younger single guy, I realized I needed help picking out furniture for my new place. After I had shopped a Big Box and found nothing interesting, my sister recommended Grossman. The woman that worked with me really knew what she was talking about and everything turned out great.

Great people. Great prices – I stumbled upon their website while looking for dining room furniture. When I contacted them to see if they had the pieces I was interested in I was very surprised by their prices. They were lower than anywhere else I looked, even a local furniture outlet mall. AJ & John were very helpful and made sure I had my new furniture before Christmas even though there was a mix up with the factory. I will definitely use them again and have recommended them to many of my friends.

I Love My New Furniture! Thanks John ! – Thank God for the people at Grossman's Furniture. I was totally left high and dry by the last place I shopped. I live in South Philly and thought buying furniture at Seaman's was a smart move since they were right in my neighborhood...BAD IDEA! They've gone out of business AGAIN! The people at Grossman's helped me complete furnishing my house, and they stand by their products in case something goes wrong - which Seaman's NEVER did.
