The staff in the Service Dept. were very friendly and patient when I realized I didn’t have my latest insurance card & had to get Allstate to email it. Thanks Pete!
They lied to me to get me to sign. I was not told about certain features the car has so no I’m stuck with a car that powers on and off. When I ask can we find another car due to this reason. I was told no u have signed on the dotted line. They will add money to the contract and lie to about what it is. The 2 people whom help me has made my car buying experience a night mare. It’s a Shane that I rate the car dealer as a whole due to un professional people who khans people so that they can put a buck in there pocket.
The service was fine and actually quicker than I thought. Unfortunately, I’ve yet to received an email inspection report of the details of my car and had to inform them that all of my warning lights were still on ‘after’ they serviced it.

I felt comfortable in dealing with your people like Steve Hall, the finance Manager! Thank you for this chance to express how I felt on this transaction!
