Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. I couldn't believe how cold it was in their office. I was honestly starting to get numb from the cold. It felt just like I was outside in the snow. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
Dr. Gross is one of many docotrs in Orangeburg, SC. I have had over four doctors before deciding to stay with her. She has a "manner" about her that makes one feel like the doctor wants to help There is n o fly through the examinatin room. She listens and pays attenttion to what you need her to hear. She is one that I feel comfortable with will I go on for my viist. Dr. Gross does not walk in and walk out. If I had not changed doctors when I did , I am no t sure what my health would be - The best in Orangeburg!
