Front desk lady told us we couldn’t see a dermo for 3 weeks and then tried telling us our insurance needed to be contacted for information, when we had the information, but we didn’t know what info she needed. She wouldn’t work with us to see if it was valid or not, so she kept putting us on hold and basically pushing us away because she was probably “too busy” to deal with a young patient who needed help figuring how to apply insurance information.
I was referred to dr gross 3 years ago I have had a kidney transplant, then I got stage 4 melanoma , MOHs treatment and surgery all cancer gone. Recently I grew more cancer again he removed all cancer and set reconstruction surgery with Dr Ross . He knows how to treat and take care of the largest organ on our body our skin , if anybody thinks he doesn't care you did not ask any questions, remember you are the patient, if you don't know ask I trust him with my skin health, the staff is awesome call they will help .
