Not Groovy at all – I dropped my car off to have the horn fixed. I left to eat lunch. I was gone for 25 mins and when I came back my drivers side door was bashed in. They claim that it wasn't their responsibility. They wouldn't even pay the deductible on our insurance. They have the attitude that we are at fault. They claim it must have been a hitandrun by another customer but they refused to release any info about what customers or part vendors had been there in that 25 mins. Very shady. All right for basic service – They spent 2000 fixing my car, and finally declared it unfixable, leaving me with an unusable car, and groovy auto with a nice profit
AWESOME! – I've been going to this specific location for about a year or more now. I love it. They do an awesome job, do NOT lie, and are friendly. I've been lied to and been 'done' over by the other chain oil change places, and once I found Groovey, I've been happy ever since. They have good deals, and you will find out about them if you're a regular customer. only problem I see is they don't have alot of parking during their busy times. Recommend to everyone.
Worst experience ever! – I went in for a coolant system flush; my car had no other problems. When I started the car after the work I immediately noticed several things wrong: the "check engine" light was on, the entire car was vibrating, and my AC was blowing hot air. The service techs assured me they couldn't have had anything to do with these problems, although they did pop the hood and unplug the battery (without telling me first) to get the "check engine" light to go off.
