Took my lab in for grooming, which was supposed to include a bath, haircut, nail trim, etc... They did do a great job shaving him, but his nails weren't trimmed and he smelled like he didn't go anywhere near a bath. Very disappointed given the price that I paid ($88). I have taken my dog there twice before and was very pleased. He always came home smelling great, looking great, in a nice bandana, with trimmed nails. My puppy had a terribly botched trim at a different groomer (robin's in irmo). I called and came to groomingdale's to get her coat corrected. Although, it was far from saving, they did a fantastic job cleaning her coat up and evening things out. The ladies of groomingdale's also showed so much love for my young pup. Pepper will be coming back for her grooming needs.
