We love Grooming Tails! Our previous groomer of 10 years began to fail us time and time again. After burning one of our doodles we said we would never go back! We decided to try Grooming Tails and absolutely love the service we receive. They make sure to get specific directions on how we want our dogs cut and follow our requests. Thank you so much Grooming Tails!
Staff pretty nice. However, when you are dealing with pups who can't talk the way they act when you walk is a tall tell of how they feel about it. Last 3 times we have been here we have had to immediately go back due to hair that was missed during grooming and very poor slant. You know when you pick them up your just happy they are clean and look good but after getting them home and examining them you find the places they missed. First time there this past week. Very pleased with service and my baby looked awesome.
Great advice for aftercare. Terrible cutting. I ask for my dogs nails to be cut on last visit they either were not done or was done badly. The bows didn't last tell the end of the day. They came off without help. At previous groomers I had to remember to take them off. That tulle thing comes off within an hour. And yes my dog was shaved bald when I clearly said I didn't want her naked. Even her tail was even cut. If a dog needs to be detangled and you charge then take the time to do it and charge!!
