Loving Care Hello, I recently read a review someone had wrote about Darcy and the business...I was very bothered by it do to the fact that I have been a long time employee there and I know none of it's true! This person stated " about not giving them water or walking them. We always offer the doggy's water. No we do not take them for walk's, we can not be liable if anything would happen to your dog. Neglectful mom A wonderful Aspen Syberian Husky has not been groomed for several months. With their heavy coat it would be impossible to see any trauma to the skin (possibly playing with the other dogs). When Mrs. R called, I told her to take him to the vet, if it was due to my negelence I would pay the vet bill. Surprises me after eight years of taking care of all six of her dogs. Star Treatment Me and my wife have been using them for over 10 years for three of our Akitas. They have always made my dogs look great for a great reasonable price. I highly recommend them to the NW area for their dog grooming Needs
Your dog won't look stupid I have a briard, you know the dog that looks stupid, and I got him groomed here once. He didn't look as stupid :(. I don't know if that's the fad. They did a pretty good job considering all the hair but I like my doggly to look stupid so I'm taking him to petsmart. Overall they do a clean job.
Appalled Customer As a long time customer of Darcy I was appalled when I picked up my babies and one had cuts and sores. Which after a trip to the vet two days later I was told it could be a staph infection and it was treated as such. However he had to be shaved completely and this was during December, brrr. The infection cleared up after a 10 day course of treatment however he was lethargic for several weeks afterwards. There was a substantial vet bill along with several trips. Darcy is not a good place for dogs. I droped my 2 dogs off at 9am and they were not doon till 5pm. I went to see what the hold up was at 430 pm, and saw a lady sitting waiting for her dogs and she said she droped hers off at 12 noon. and her dogs were ready to be pick up. and my dogs were not,,, i asked darcy about that, she said the ladys dogs were cut by herself (darcy) and mine were not. .... so i take it if you r darcys fav. costumer you get the best and if not you get stuck with what ever. and when i did get my dogs the... read more
VERY happy with Grooming By Darcy I have taking my dog to groomers whom pretend to know what a Larbordoodle was. And the other groomer accidentally cut a chunk of hair off and claimed my dogâs hair was thinning. Ever since Grooming by Darcy was recommended to me I've been VERY happy with my dog's grooming.
WARNING DOGS LEFT UNATTENDED ON GROOMING TABLES I just went to Grooming by Darcy to inquire about a service for my dog's glands. It looks like a very busy shop. The manager did take time to answer my questions. At first all seemed alright, the entry was secured & the grooming area was also secured. Seems like a dog would have a hard time escaping. best dog grooming in vegas I've been taking my dog shadow there for 3 years. He's old and very fat chow chow/akida. Darcy and her whole team takes the best care of him. After every time he always looks great with the shampoo and shave. They always give him the extra tender loving care because of hiss old age and his size. I also bring my chihuahua mix and my mom brings her bichon puppie. Highly recommend darcy's business
