Excellent customer service, super fast shipping. The only place I use for my grooming supplies : )
I ordered a comb. I live in Canada. You said you would let me know the shipping cost. You did not, just shipped it, charging me $30.00 for shipping!!!! I would like to return this comb with a FULL refund, with you paying the return shipping costs. I FEEL LIKE I WAS RIPPED OFF.
If I had 5 thumbs I'd put them UP for The Groomers Mall and it's amazing employees! New groomer or old, they have everything you are looking for and if they don't they will try to either get it or direct you to it! It's a family owned business and they treat you like family not a customer. When you are only dealing with someone over the phone that extra special touch is so important! Groomers Mall ROCKS!!
Very disappointed with the stylist grooming jackets that I ordered. Half of them fell apart under 90 days of purchase. Was directed to contact stylist wear directly, since groomers mall only has a 30 day policy. I will be looking elsewhere to buy grooming supplies. Very sad, because I loved buying stuff from groomers mall, and previously never had an issue.
This was my first time ordering from Groomer's Mall and I have to say I am quite impressed! My items were ordered on Tuesday October 7th, Shipped on the 8th and I received them on the 10th!! (I live in New Hampshire) Simply awesome! I shopped around for pricing on Andis UntraEdge blades, and every other place was $5-10 more expensive. So, awesome lead times and even better prices have make for a very happy customer :)
