I'm really disappointed that the last couple of times I have ordered from you my order has been canceled or the items on your site were sold out. Most recently I ordered 2 sets of the 5-in-1 deal and a blade drive, and I got no email (checked my spam) the money wasn't taken from my account and I never got the blades. I was depending on getting those to use at work. Another time I tried to get shears from your site and they were more than a month back ordered!
