Jessica and team are amazing. Attentive and knowledgeable in the industry. Super friendly and I quite enjoy shopping there as well as getting my tools sharpened. I placed an order for an Utsumi pink line comb and received an email saying I can’t use my debit card. Instead I was told I have to use PayPal. I don’t have a PayPal account. What should’ve been a simple order has turned into a hassle. I planned on purchasing more products from Groomer’s Mall, but I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I recommend using Pet-Agree Grooming Supplies. I just placed an order for a hv dryer and Utsumi shears and the buying process and customer service was fantastic!
ripped me off! didn't give accurate refund amount. decided to deduct even more AFTER i paid 30%"restocking" fee. very dishonest. should have stood by refund promised.
improve customer service....and inadequate website...and stop blaming customers. multiple screwed up orders and lengthy wait times - 30 min. plus trying to get customer service to take the call.......take responsibility for screw up since customer service rep told me over the phone that the website is faulty. and - just do what the customer asks - were trying to spend money not be treated like our business is of no concern of your business. the way I was treated this time was inexcusable....I returned the screwed up order to... read more

My daughter had been looking forward to going to the groomers “mall” only to be insulted by the cashier and regular customer. My daughter has been grooming for 7 years but the cashier assumed she was a beginner and proceeded to talk to her in a way no customer should ever be. My daughter regrettably spent almost $800 at an establishment that has absolutely no respect for their new customers. They have lost a customer for life. Do yourself a favor an order from Amazon or anywhere else.
