I ordered an item off the website over a week ago. when I check the order it says "in process". When I call to inquire about the order, I keep getting voice mail - no live person. I have left 2 messages and haven't heard back. Starting to wonder if this is a scam!!!! Update - 3/25/14 - Received a VM back from Groomer's Mall and they said they had sent me an email informing me of a backorder. I checked my email and spam folder and did not see anything from them.
