Is there a negative star rating I could give. Last time I was there I wanted it shorter than she was going. I specifically asked for no electric shears. So she pulls out her electric shears and starts to go to town. Starts! I pull away and kindly ask what she's doing. She proceeds to make it my problem. Don't go here unless you want to give your head to butchers. Sweet friendly dog at the entrance though. Had to throw in something positive.

I send all my male friends here--hands down the best barber shop in the city. These women are AMAZING at what they do. American Crew trained? Freehand clipper work? Free beer? Hot girls? Yes please.

You will not find a better barbershop experience than what Groom delivers every day. The key word above is “experience”. Groom does not move you in and out of their chairs like parts on an assembly line. They have cultivated a very unique environment where you feel like you just walked into a room full of great friends, good beer and of course meticulously trained lady barbers at the top of their game.
