We've used GroGreen for years. Their lawn treatment is affordable, works well and their technicians (Ralph works on our yard frequently) are cordial and knowledgeable. Our yard always looks healthy and thick. Cindy
We have used GroGreen in the past. They did a great job and we liked most of the techs. At this time we were looking for someone to do a lawn care fertilization and treatment program only. Unfortunately they require the purchase of a large $2,200 package that contains many other services which we aren't looking for at this time. So if you want a complete package of trees, shrubs, pest control, etc they will do a good job, but cannot recommend for lawn care as they do not provide a la carte.
I have been a loyal customer for many years and have finally decided to discontinue there services after the second time they fertilize my yard with my account being put on hold. The first time was a couple years back when we had over seeded with rye grass for the winter and GroGreen put pre emergent down after being told we had just over seeded. They did not perform a scheduled service due to the tech having his hours capped? Called day of service mid-morning to tell me he was not coming. Problems in both February and March.
I called to inquire on estimates for servicing my yard and days later they came out and treated it without my approval and then charged me for it. Very unprofessional!
We moved into our home a little over 4yrs ago and when we bought it the yard looked like a desolate wasteland. Much of the yard was not covered in grass and what little green was in the yard was primarily crab grass and weeds. We opted to have GroGreen begin treating the yard to help bring it back to life. Now fast forward to today and we have a fully green and healthy yard with no weeds. Thank you to the crew at GroGreen for helping us maintain our grass and give us a yard that we can be proud of.
Messed up online accounting system. Current month's billing was showing two charges from over a year ago. Very unfriendly people on the phone. Stay Away!!!
If you need a job , don't work here. If you get injured and report it , they let you go. While you recover , safety is no priority. Also if you ever wonder why you have weeds in your yard after them treating it a few times , it's cause they don't treat the weeds. They charge xtra for weed treatments. When other companies include treatment of all weeds. Fire Ants? Save your money.
