RecommendedThe personnel at this store a couple were great I mean just a couple the majority were not very professional. Very cold natured. In willing to help and seemed as though they did not like being there. If it weren’t for the two guys that I had to find I probably would not have bought the saw I bought today. Love the atmosphere great place to visit just stay away from the employees they are not fun to be around.
Better customer communication. Not sending an email saying a product has shipped when in reality it was not shipped.
If you do any machine or wood working this is the place to go!
My favorite house of worship.
From Chicago and was visiting mother in Springfield. Was out and about and decided to take the scenic route back to my mother's house. While doing so, we stumbled across the store. I had no idea Grizzly had a store in Springfield. Score for me! Nice store. Staff was helpful. Purchased a benchtop bandsaw while there. You get a purchase ticket, drive vehicle to specified loading door and pick up your purchase. Easy peasy. Will be going back when in town!
they support what they sell their invertory of parts is fantastic
Wow! What a store. Drove 4 hours to pick up a machine and have a look around. Will definitely be back. Phil in the woodworking machine area was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Didn’t hover, didn’t push, just answered my questions and offered insights. The great service extended across the street to the warehouse where I picked up my machine. Very helpful and very skilled in getting me loaded up. Great experience all around!
