Lied, Wasted Our Time, Total Junk After being told we had to make an appointment, we scheduled for 10 a.m. and drove over 3 hours to get there. Showed up on time — he wasn’t even there. Made us wait. When we saw the car, it was an absolute disaster. He told us it had no rust holes — in reality, it was full of them. This wasn’t just a little surface rust, you could fit your hand into the rocker panel. Completely lied about the condition. Misleading, totally unprofessional, and a huge waste of time.
On sat 7/26 I spoke to Jon 2 separate times ( phone calls)about a 99 suburban. He gave me his word he would hold it till wednesday 7/30 for me to make a 7 hour round trip to view the truck. He didn't want a deposit as long as I was coming on Wednesday. I scheduled time off work and rented a trailer to find out today the day before, (today)that he had sold it. Classy way to do business.
I wanted to give this guy a good review because he was easy to deal with and accommodating with shipping a vehicle to me from out of state. However he was not transparent about the cars issues. (I bought sight unseen so I’m to blame as well). Specifically stated working AC, leak free, rust free. Upon delivery the AC wasn’t functioning, oil was pouring onto exhaust and smoking after a drive, multiple rust holes in roof of vehicle that weren’t pictured in the ad.
