I just love the creativity here. The art on the walls is spectacular and their individual twist on traditional food items is unique and delicious. We are so glad they chose Eagle as their place to open. I'd give them 5 1/2 stars if they could offer some more Gluten free options- for those of us with true allergies it's always a huge plus when restaurants as delicious as this one, offers a lot of GF menu items.

My wife and I have been here a few times and really like it. The food and service have been very good. As opposed to some other mid-scale restaurants we have visited, the kitchen does a great job coordinating food preparation so everything comes out hot. Great teamwork by the staff in working the dining room. The dining room is fairly small and the only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because they need a vestibule or air curtain to keep the cold winter air from rushing into the dining room when the doors are opened.
