My husband grew up in Essex. This is a true favorite of ours. We come here every time we visit family. It’s a must see. Just drinks (during COVID—no bar but restaurant is open for food AND a drink🥰) or dinner or all of the above plus a room to stay in. It offers every thing you might need or want.

We had an amazing dinner experience in the most picturesque New England setting. I ordered the Paloma to start which the bartender made perfectly! The clam chowder was some of the best we’ve ever had. Absolute perfect portions and the steak was perfectly cooked for us both. The staff was so pleasant and our waitress was great. We can’t wait to return for more date nights and any other reason we can have dinner here.
I had a wonderful dinner tonight . I was celebrating my husband’s birthday who passed away last year . We loved coming for our birthday. My friend and I enjoyed every bit.
