Concrete tile roof repair, skylight replacement, custom lead flashing for a well sealed roof. Quotes are on the higher side and it can take time to get someone out, but they're craftsmen and their work is top notch (they do work on historic buildings like the Legislature and Empress).
We used Grist Slate & Tile for an extensive renovation of a heritage building; slate roofing with copper flashings/gutters/downspouts. Korby was a pleasure to deal with, and their work was flawless and brought an element of craftsmanship lost in modern construction. Would definitely recommend.
