Theeeee Best! I love this place. It’s all about fitness, family and health. You have a group of professional trainers that welcome you, train you, make you feel comfortable and like you can do anything no matter what weight you are. Grindhouse isn’t just a gym. It’s my safe space. I’ve always been athletic but got out of working out when I graduated HS. Then about 10+ years later, I discovered this gym and not only have I fallen in love with working out, I have a new family to lean on when life gets rough.
