I went through Grinders coffee in the Dalles OR yesterday around 3pm and wanted to talk about one worker in particular who was yelling at another who was doing their job. She lacks good customer service and was very snooty. I believe she was wearing a sweatshirt and black jeans and she had her black hair up in ponytail. I think her name was Regina. I am very pleased with work ethic of the other worker, she was very nice and outgoing when she handed me the drinks.
the people were so nice and patient when i couldn't decide. once i made my decision it was quick and so delicious. Something Tasty is officially my favorite!
We always have wonderful service there but yesterday we went there and I got my daughter a kids smoothie. The sweet lady working drew a unicorn on the side of her cup and made her day!❤ Thank you for always having such kind employees!
Coffee is phenomenal and I mean all of it! Have not regretted anything I've had. Great and friendly service to top it off!
I love grinders and I love Stumptown! I had a meeting and the coffee was forgotten so I called and they filled two carafes for us on the fly, and we’re so accommodating! Who does that?! GRINDERS! Thank you guys!

I will most likely never return to Grinders. Their service is terrible. I sat stuck in the line with a car behind me for more than 20 minutes to get a simple Red Bull with flavoring. The lady in front of me only had ONE drink order and still it took forever. Even while waiting for my drink the girl had started to make it then stopped and went and helped the other side, with their full order and coffee in hand, who got there way after I did.
I am Very disappointed in Grinders. They are Sooooo Slow! and out of the last 5x I have had coffee there one time it was ok. it tasted watered down and nasty and I don't believe I even got any flavor in my coffee but honestly I would not know sense it was yucky every time. The old employees were way nicer the ones their now barely say hi🤷🏽♀️ sorry I'm not paying for a $5+ coffee with poor service.
