We take pride in our coffee that is roasted in house. We make traditional espresso drinks and we also get a little creative, making some really great coffee cocktails. We have some of the best cold brew coffee around.

RecommendedThe only place I go for coffee in the McAllen/Edinburg/Mission area. Great coffee and pro baristas. I just got some of their whole beans as a gift for my bday and though I'm not an expert I get to have a taste and smell of Grind Coffee at home in Mexico!
The staff is probably the nicest group of people you can meet and also the selection they have is quite amazing it’s a nice coffee shop to go to when ever you have free time

Grind is my favorite coffee shop in the valley. They have an amazing cortado and are always happy to let us host events in the back. Workers are very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.
