I am leaving this review to warn prospective consumers about Texas Real Estate Agent Ian Grimes, who is a representative of Kuper Sotheby's realty in Austin, TX. Mr. Grimes contacted made contact in January of 2025 and inquired about purchasing my property off-market (which means it wasn't for sale at the time he inquired).
