Took 3 hours for us to get our pizza!!! Worst service ever!!!!
Love the pizza and I come here all of the time. Had the worst service this evening! My kids and I waited at least 30-45 minutes for our pizza. Waiter tried but he tried harder with the big group of men in the back room. I guess men leave a bigger tip! We even had to ask someone else for refills. Very disappointed.
Very sad. We loved this place. Our pizza arrived burned, when we showed them, they offered to replace our pizza but still waited 25 min without compensation. Why did you waist 25 min of my time? Why my time is worthless....
Grimaldi’s has great pizza. Delicious. I’m here waiting (again) for my order which is currently 10 minutes late. The place is empty and there are more servers than tables. The first time I ordered here I waited half an hour for my order and it was just okay. Annoying to sit in an empty restaurant with Server’s and cooks everywhere with no service. Will never come here again
It doesn't get any better than this. The more I keep coming the better it tastes.
Great food. Great service. We were seated immediately. Food and drinks arrived accordingly.
