Dr Grillo is kind and patient and answered all my questions. He listens carefully and his manner is professional. He recommended solutions to my issues but did not attempt to change or fix anything that I did not request or ask him about, His staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Very good and helpful visit. the receptionist, Melody, was helpful in getting me started and setup with my insurance and other paperwork. The assistant and Dr. Grillo were very excellent in taking care of my problem. professional, but also friendly and kept the appointment light and friendly.
Dr.Grillo and his staff made me feel very comfortable during my initial visit. Dr. Grillo spent quite a bit of time with me, and thoroughly explained my condition and treatment options. He was realistic but also very positive and supportive about my treatment and prognosis. He also gave me educational print outs to review. He is a very knowledgeable and professional physician. I would highly recommend him to others !
Great all around treatment
I wanted to take this time to reflect on my experience with Dr. Grillo and his staff. I suffered with a fractured toe for twenty years. I am an avid runner and cyclist. Dr. Grillo was my second opinion and was highly recommended by my neighbor who recovered so well. My first appointment was like a stage performance with Dr. Grillo’s office staff. Not sure what all when on but my mother went yesterday to see Dr. Grillo and came home so upset. He said she talked too much ( she does talk a lot) and that she should never have gone to get the pedicure she got. He made all her toes bleed and cut the quick with no anesthetic. He continued to lecture her how bad nail salon workers are. She said she felt like she was being reprimanded the whole time. She got up and left. She is 82 years old. I had an appointment last week with Dr. Grillo. I am a nurse by trade so I know a bit about health issues and how to treat them. I must say I loved my treatment. Dr Grillo was straightforward, honest, funny and kind. He did not push any treatments but instead offered solid suggestions and gave me the opportunity to select what I wanted to do. The staff were also wonderful. You are in good hands when visiting them.
Love the staff excellent! Dr Grillo is straight up right to the point! Honest, If you want no pain listen to him my foot is so much better. couldn't hardly walk on it. Since I went to him and got the proper shoes and more already much better!
First visit yesterday. Very pleased with the results. Dr Grillo is the best! And his staff is wonderful, every last one of them.
