Firm in his advice 8 months ago, I followed it all for great results. Pain is minimal and only occasional and I can double favorite activities while adding weight bearing exercise. His nurse is well informed and office staff easy to work with.
Business response:
I'm glad you are doing well-let me know if i can be of further assistance!
I would highly recommend Dr. Grillo. He removed a ingrown toenail for me. One injection, removed ingrown and 4 weeks later good as new.Dr. Grillo is extremely knowledgeable. The staff is amazing, extremely kind and very helpful. If you or anyone you know is having foot and or toe problems go see Dr. Grillo. Golfing, walking, shopping has never been this wonderful. Thank you - Dr. Grillo
Business response:
I'm appreciative of you taking the time to say something nice about my office! Thank you!
Dr Grillo was available for a next day appointment and was able to resolve my foot problem immediately. His staff was professional, friendly and efficient.
Business response:
Thank you so much!!!!!!
Having had surgery on both feet in prior years I've come to recognize the importance of the initial pain and lack of mobility. Recently I couldn't exert any pressure on my heel. I went to see DR. Joseph Grillo, Fort Myers. WOW! This is my kind of doctor. Straight to the point, described the issue and treatment. (I had a strained Achilles tendon). Simple and direct advice, get rid of the ‘so-called’ support sneakers, wear a compression sock and get the recommended shoe/sneaker to support the foot properly. The result, 3 weeks... read more
Doctor Grillo removed a tumor from the bottom of my Left foot That became very painful and made it difficult for me to walk. To make things worse, my leg kept jumping All through the procedure. This is due to some underlying neurological issues. Their office staff and doctor are very organized. I never had to wait long to see the doctor.
Dr Grillo provided immediate relief to the foot pain I was experiencing. A cortisone shot took away the pain from neuroma. I know this will not last forever but it has been a month. Also, Dr Grillo did not try to push me toward a surgical solution.
I went to see Dr. Grillo after seeing 2 other podiatrists that did nothing to help my foot pain. I work 9+ hours/ day on my feet and could barely stand when I got out of my car at the end of the work day because of the pain in my heel. Same thing getting out of bed in the morning - the pain was intense and it was hard to walk. Dr. Grillo is great at educating patients and explained what was going on with my heel/foot. He laid out all the options I had to choose from, and was very conservative in his treatment plan. I appreci... read more
He is rude and full of himself. He didn't listen to me and used the technique of repeating the same inadequate answer in circles with all intentions of making me look foolish, while not listening and not at all answering my question, at the same time constantly rolling his eyes at his assistant. So uneducated and narrow-minded! A not very intelligent and very rude person.
Business response:
I will say this. You have not researched my office nor myself very well. You are correct-I can be rude and condescending-but if you look at my other reviews-the eye rolling and rudeness comes out WHEN YOU ASK FOR IT. I didn't need to make you look foolish-you did a good job of that all by yourself. If you will excuse me, I need to get my textbook out so I can address my lack of intelligence so I can live up to your lofty standards!
As a teacher I am on my feet all day. For the past two years my foot pain has been increasingly worse. I thought it was just Plantar Fasciitis. Under Dr. Grillo's care he discovered a torn tendon in my ankle. After trying all non-invasive procedures, Dr. Grillo told me that surgery was my best option. I was beyond sad because I knew how difficult this would be during the school year. From the get go, Dr. Grillo was so helpful and accommodating. His main concern was for me, not my work or my insurance - me! He even came in tw... read more
