Awesome experience. The burger was amazing as was the milkshake. It was a Saturday evening and the place was packed so we figured we'd have to wait a bit. All in all the service was good and the food came out at a reasonable speed. The waitress was nice enough to suggest that if we wanted a milkshake to go ahead and place the order with our meal so we wouldn't wait too long since we had our 15 month old son with us. The food was great. No complaints.
1 1/2 hours, not even an appetizer & there were less than 10 tables (small tables) when we arrived. Spoke to the manager who offered to cover the meal...which we never got. FAIL.

I love this place, the stuff services, their foods and atmosphere.
Terrible service! We waited 15-20 minutes after being seated for the waitress to come and get drink orders. Burgers are average at best, fries are terrible especially the big fat SOGGY fries. Drinks are subpar as well. No plans to return or recommend.
The absolute worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. I used to love this place and my past experience was horrible. The waitress came to our table to check on us twice in 55 minutes when we still didn't have food. It's took 25 minutes to get drinks and over 55 minutes to get food and when it did come the order was completely wrong and cold and had to be sent back. A MUST EAT IF YOU'RE IN COLUMBIA! Seriously awesome! Some of the best burgers we have ever eaten!! Dine inside or outside. Service was fast, accurate, friendly, and super accommodating! Kids menu had some fantastic options! Everything was fabulously delicious and unbelievably priced!! Kids meals are served on a take-home Frisbee which our toddler thought was the greatest thing ever! If you don't eat at Grill Marks then you are really missing out on an exceptional experience!!
I'm beyond excited. So many Gluten free options and Celiac friendly! The gluten free onion rings were awesome and our waiter Ricky was so great and very helpful. This is definitely being added to my list of frequently visited restaurants with yummy gluten free food :-D

Food was amazing! Service was absolutely horrendous. I get its a holiday, but this was god awful. Will return, but will probably sit at the bar or request a different server. This guy sucked. Receipt said Harris, but since he never introduced himself I can't be sure. Happy 4th y'all.
