I went to eat here for the first time this weekend.The service was excellent and the food was incredible.Definitely would recommend this resturant to anyone looking for an excellent burger.I will definetly be going back.
We've been 3 times now. It was great everytime. Always had great waiters, managers always spoke to us & never got our food wrong or waits that didn't match the level of business. Our 5 yr old even picked it for her birthday dinner tonight. I would recommend it to anyone.
First time visiting - It was a Saturday at 11:30. Service was friendly and prompt and the burgers were delicious. Can't wait to go back to try the smores milkshake.
The best Parmesan fries I've ever had in my life! Red Robin and no other burger place has nothing on this. Nice environment...went with a friend that had a 6 month old and my 8 month old and enjoyed it, so I can say it's a kid friendly area around the early evening. Waiter was friendly and made us feel comfortable with our children. The skinny basil lemonade drink 🏾🏾

One of the best burgers I ever ate. Was craving another the next day.
My first time visiting tonight and I ordered the BCB with sautéed mushrooms added and fat fries. My food took at least 40 minutes to come out and did not have bacon on it. It was brought back out and the bacon was not thoroughly cooked. I asked for the manager and she said that she apologize and would resolve the problem, we'll the next burger the bacon was still not throughly cooked and my fries had been refried. Service was ridiculously slow and the bathrooms were disgusting. Food was pretty tasty and the atmosphere was outstanding.
