30 minutes wait, primarily because no one is bussing tables. Waiter watched a drink spill at our table and didn’t offer to help clean it up. Didn’t pick up the glasses with the dirty napkins or ice from the spilled drink the ENTIRE time we sat. Waited over an hour for food and they only brought out half the table’s food. It was like they just forgot to make half the order. Had to ask for silverware three times. No refills on drinks offered. Food was good, but absolutely terrible service.
I came here because I heard from friends that it was SO GREAT. One word...Terrible. It’s not that the food was bad, the service was just absolutely horrible. We never got a refill on our drinks, our orders all came out at different times, some never came out at all. The waiter didn’t lift a finger. Grill Marks-Columbia thank you for attempting the large lunch party on Saturday. Even though there were some hiccups I hope to eat there with a smaller party. I ordered a med-well burger and salad. Even though my inside was more pink it wasn’t warm and I didn’t want to get sick. Add 1000 Island dressing to the dressings please. My salad wasn’t great either, it had a weird taste when mixed with the ranch but plain and separated it was ok. Your mimosas was bomb!!! Just pitiful! 2nd time ATTEMPTING to eat at Grill Mark's-Columbia. After over an hour never got our entrees...husband ordered a salad and asked for it to come out before entree - just a grilled chicken sandwich. I ordered an appetizer at the same time. Not sure how long we waited, but flagged our waiter down to ask about it. He said, "it's coming" FINALLY SERVED but no appetizer for me. Had to flag down waiter again and he said, "oh! Worse service ever and the gm had the gull to blame it on short staff.....sorry but plan accordingly.....never will go back
Super sad. We were there a week or so ago and you all were out of Freaks A'hoy and couldnt make the Freak Shake. So I made it a point to call before we drove over last night and the girl that answered the phone, placed me on hold and came back after 10 minutes and said you with out a doubt had them. 13 minutes later we arrive are seated and told by Toby you were out. I had 5 disappointed kiddos again. Our food order was wrong. And it took forever to get the correct order, everyone was done by the time I got my food. I'm bumm... read more
Waited well over 15 minutes for a waitress to even come to the table to take a drink order. The entire time we were there our drinks were empty, and had to ask numerous times for different items, such as napkins, forks, knives. The food took over almost an hour to come to the table, and out waitress was five feet away and was texting on her phone. Was so bummed because this place had amazing reviews, and had the worst experience.
There's a such thing as to much garlic and you've found it. Wait staff kept disappearing. Will not be back.
