When you have poor management you have poor service. Our service was so bad they finally took half off the bill. I ordered my burger medium well and got charcoal blackened. The wait to just have the order taken was about 30 minutes.
We love the food BUT this place is filthy! No bussed tables and floors are nasty. Bathrooms not great. PLEASE PLEASE, clean this place up so we can come back!
Went there yesterday for my daughter's 14th birthday. We sat and waited 45 mins for our appetizer. Then we get our food and my mother's and my fries were cook so long they were hard as a rock. Had to ask for new ones. My whole family of 6 didn't even finish our food. Spent over $77. The restaurant wasn't even busy either. Never will we be going back there. Waste of a lot of money.

More flies inside than we’re in the outside dining area
When we first got there the tables were soaked from the rag they wiped it with. The floors have water puddles and instead of mopping it up a caution sign was put up and the menus were smudged with food from other customers. The bathroom could definitely use a good cleaning also because after looking at the toilet I figured I would hold it until I get home. The food was very delicious and I have no complaints about the food. A cleaner environment would be a lot more inviting.
The food quality was awesome!! The staff were attentive and polite. Atmosphere was great too!!
