Says they take walk ins…. Every time I try to schedule as a new donor I get turned down.
Brittany cooney here This place is horrible they cancel your scheduled appointments myself 4 times now they are rude and unprofessional . Do not waste your time manager shouldn't even have his job
They said I couldn't donate claiming a bug on my coat and I looked it over good and found not a single one. Also lied to my stepson and said they don't do walk ins for first time donors. CSL in Columbus is way better. Grifols will never get a drop of plasma from me again.
Awesome staff and awesome service. Idk if they are short staffed or what but this is the second time this week I've came in and still have 10+ people ahead of me. No reason I should be sitting here an hour past my scheduled apt and havent even been called back yet. If short staffed they need to change their donors per time slot cause this is ridiculous.
