I will say, Friday was my first time donating plasma, at any location, ever. They were so patient with me, joked around, tried to lighten the mood, being as how I was nervous because I had a rough experience with donating whole blood, which is similar to the process of donating plasma. Good way to make money as a side hustle.
Don't bother scheduling an appointment, they don't honor their appointment schedule.
So short staffed it will take forever to get in and out plus, new donors have little luck getting in due to staffing not worth wasting time if your a new donor. Also won’t let you know ahead of time not to come in the day of your appointment and let you drive there
