Terrible. The person doing draws when I went a few days ago tried to draw and messed up setting up so we couldn’t continue. Not sure if she just doesn’t know what she was doing. Since she screwed up it counts as “failed” so can’t attempt for two days. Ridiculous.
Love visiting with the workers while I’m donating. Genuinely great people!
Very unsatisfied. Seems to be many management issues going on. I was asked to schedule my appointment and when I did I came in and they turned me down. Almost an hour drive. Don't let the easy money grab you here, Definitely not worth it. I would seek out other centers first.
We had an appointment yesterday and we could not make it and so we asked if we could reschedule for the next day the said that we could as long as it was before 3 and so we reschedule for the next day and was there before 3 when we got there after driving to an institution to do this and then we could not do it. This place is terrible. I scheduled a appointment for yesterday and scheduled it for five and they called and canceled it and told us to come before three so we scheduled an appointment for one the next day hydrated and everything and we go in. I never got a call of them canceling my appointment and they basically told us that the lady was leaving. It takes 30 minutes to do the check up. and the lady was leaving at three so that’s more than enough time to do three check ups because I came in a group. This is absolutely ridic... read more
