I used to love coming here they have a great atmosphere and good staff, but one woman i've seen people personally not ask for her to do their set up and every time me and my fiancé come here we hope we don't get her because it'll hurt or feel uncomfortable. The last time I came in she completely missed my vein and yet continued the machine and even stuck my other arm mid way through with it barely even in my arm in which another staff member came and fixed it and pushed it in more. I’d give a half star if I could any time I come in there is no one at the front EVER and I get completely ignored by the staff entirely! Last time I was able to go to the back the nurse that was SUPPOSED to do the physical had just LEFT. You can see the staff in the back room laughing and talking with each other but NO ONE comes up front or even ANSWERS THE PHONE!
