Not so good experience anymore. Payout Rates keep changing.. Staff is young, and talks, gossiping about customers at the screen in areas to where customers can hear the staff talking bad about customers, making rude jokes about them. Worse thing is if a staff member doesn't like you, they will get your deferred. It's happened. Very immature staff at the greenwood, SC location. I wish I can give less than one star they say they are going to try to help you they claim that somebody called you and told you three different times that something that they never called and told you and it's funny how one place that took my playlist and took plasma about every other time could take my plasma but this place can't the people are so rude the customer service people or even router did not spend your time going there the staff know is rude and even though you make an appointment you stay way longer than what t... read more

EDIT: the energy has been so down in that place lately & as a donor for over months? i'll definitely not be returning!!!!!! shout out to jardasha & the lil asian woman (jacqualina) who be all over the place making sure EVERYBODY is accomated!!!

Horrible, don’t try to give you your bonus money until last second and still didn’t receive mine when y'all are the ones who send tho e email saying a bonus is available. Get real people who will actually answer the phone.
