Saw Dr Griffiths for my yearly eye exam. As always, I was extremely pleased with everyone on her staff. Dr Griffiths spends time with you answering all your questions & she is professional, pleasant & very comprehensive.
My experience with this practice was great, I contacted their office to get a second opinion from Dr. Griffiths on some issues found during my yearly eye exam. Dr. Griffiths was super nice and took the time to review my records and provided me with a thorough exam. She even called me back directly to follow-up, I always find it refreshing when you come across a doctor actually shares their medical knowledge and shows passion for their work.
Dr. Griffiths was fantastic! I had toyed with the idea of laser corrective surgery for years but it wasn't until I found her practice that I truly felt comfortable enough to finally bite the bullet. She and her team were professional, attentive, and caring. I never once felt like I was in the dark at any point in my journey. They made sure to ask if I understood everything and when they say "Do you have any more questions?" they truly mean it!
I first saw Dr. Griffiths in the 1990s and was entirely comfortable with her knowledge and manner. As a result, when I had to see an ophthalmologist for special conditions, I sought out Dr. Griffiths and found her after over 20 years. She has been superb in advising me on glaucoma, done my cataract surgery, and has recommended another doctor for ptosis surgery for which I will ever be grateful. My lack of light and full sight will be greatly corrected with this surgery. Her staff is also first-rate.
Dr. Griffith is always thorough, detail oriented, and can explain things in Laymen's terms. When she notes a potential problem, even in early stages, Dr. Griffith institutes preventative measures to circumvent serious eye problems later. She is up to date on the newest technologies and treatments for obscure eye diseases. I have personally been the beneficiary of her diverse knowledge of the eye. Her staff, including her schedulers, are all courteous, competent and customer service oriented. This is a well run shop!
The visit was comfortable . The wait time was good.
