Dr. Griffiths has been my ophthalmologist since she did my cataract surgery several years ago. She is a gifted eye surgeon and seems to care about her patients. I live in the Winchester VA area and feel it's worth driving to Reston to continue see Dr. Griffiths for my eyes.
I sought out Dr. Griffiths after reading about her in Washingtonian magazine. Due to my own stubbornness, I had permitted my cataracts to grow to an advanced condition. Dr. Griffiths exceeded my expectations, removed the cataracts, and restored my distant vision to breathtaking clarity. Her professionalism, humor, and ability to project hope are beyond outstanding. I was able to get an appointment easily. I was seen quickly and Dr. Griffith quickly diagnosed my problem and I got the right treatment.
Dr. Griffiths was recommended to me by a friend several years ago. In preparing for my cataract surgeries, she fully explained the surgical procedure and my options for lenses. She has an excellent patient manner, friendly and professional at the same time. She is a very skilled surgeon, and the surgeries went without a hitch. Annual follow up care since then has mirrored that experience. She employs an excellent staff, and I trust her completely with my eye care.
