I'm not a fan of many doctors. With the push to treat more and more patients, time seems to be the issue, not patient care. Few doctors take the time to listen, and explain things. Dr. Griffiths is one who does. I went to her from another doctor and had my records transferred. She took the time to review them, then told me what she agreed with, what she didn't, and why. I was impressed. I think you will be too.
I had a wonderful experience! My examination was very thorough and efficient. As a health care provider myself, I am very sensitive when it comes to knowledge, professionalism and customer service. The office environment was very inviting, relaxing and non-threatening. I look forward to returning and spreading the word!!

Dr. Griffiths is truly a gifted surgeon. She performed my lasik years ago and recently my cataract surgery. She took the time to listen to my vision goals, clearly explained the details of the procedure and even though the risks are low, she did not minimize them which I really appreciated. I had consults with other opthamologists who were also highly recommended but she stood out above and beyond in how she explained and addressed my concerns. The results speak for themselves. I can see again!
Dr. Griffiths far exceeded my expectations which were very high to begin with after reading testimonials online. Dr. Griffiths is kind, personable, thorough, knowledgeable and addresses all concerns one by one. One gets a sense of a top notch, highly intelligent, caring, dedicated, professional Eye Doctor who puts her patients first. Her office personnel are equally professional and are courteous, efficient, intelligent and on top of things. I feel lucky to have found this office.

This was my first eye exam with Dr. Griffiths at the New View Eye Center. It was easy to make an appointment. The exam began on time. Dr. Griffiths performed a series of tests to check the health of the eyes. During the exam, I asked a number of questions, which Dr. Griffiths answered in detail. In addition to the eye exam, she removed a shin "tag" by my eye. Overall I was very happy with the experience.
Dr. Griffiths is the best in her field, as verified by her many awards and citations. She demonstrates the perfect balance of a high level of professionalism with a caring concern for her patients. When I had a unique issue after surgery Dr. Griffiths immediately commenced research and offered options. Her patience with my unnecessary worrying was remarkable. The issue quickly resolved with her suggested action. I don't know of a better run office. The staff is efficient and friendly.
Absolutely the best on every level. Gold standard.
