Paying parking starting this month. Long waiting to leave the place with the car afterwards. Amazing building, super enthusiastic and well-knowledged staff. Much more than expected! Lots to learn!

Went this weekend and there was no parking! They wanted me to park on the side of the mountain 1 mile down. Now that's fine if I was by myself however I had my 2 kids with me a 7 year old and a 1 year old. With no sidewalk, car's all over the place. Nope... It was not going to happen so we just left. Ridiculous!

Loved the views. The observatory is filled with exhibits that will feed the curious mind. We took in a movie about the stars and universe. There are amazing hikes to and from the Observatory. Amazing nature so close to the big city.
