The service here is incredible. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us and were never pushy. We were shown only what we described we were looking for and they never tried to influence our decision on anything. They really do treat you like family and made the whole experience pleasant and conversation flowed easily; it was like talking to an old friend. Griffith Ford Dealer in Seguin , When I bought my Truck in April they told me I have 3 complimentary Maintainance service free for new car buyer. So today I brought my car for service they told me that I don’t have the complimentary service WTH. And they blame it on the guy that doesn’t work there anymore. It not a big deal about oil change $50 but I got mad because they lying to the customer and don’t keep their promise. I want to buy local but this is the lesson for me to learn. Never again. Had an ignition coil go out driving from Houston to San Antonio. Steve and Colton did a great job of quickly diagnosing and fixing my issue allowing me to get back on the road and get to my destination. I had my dog with me and they were happy to allow us to stay out of the heat in the showroom while things were being worked on. I can’t thank them enough for making time to deal with this emergency on my part.
I'm from Virginia visiting my Texas family. Time to change oil in my Edge. Wes was able to get me in for service the same afternoon. The staff was courteous and made me comfortable while I waited for my Ford to get The Works. Griffith will be my Texas dealership and service department What a great customer experience

I had a blow out on my car Robert Taylor went above and beyond to assist me in getting a new tire and having me back on the road asap. Everyone was courteous and helpful.
We had the worst experience with the automotive repair at Griffith Ford. We took our new F350 in as the trailer lights were not working. Figured it was a fuse. When we called to make the appointment they tried to tell us we would incur charges for the repair... for a new truck with full warranty. 🤔 After some argument, they said there would be no charges.
