I’ve been visiting Griffith Family Dental for quite sometime now - even though now I live overseas, I still make sure to stop by the clinic when I visit for any dental work that I need to get done by professionals. From the front desk staff, to the dental assistants and hygienists, everyone is a professional and all are genuinely kind to all of their patients. I love Griffith Family Dental. The staff is so kind, I always feel safe knowing Im in their hands. The front desk people are always so nice and helpful! Dr. Amy and Dr. Paul have always made me feel welcomed!
Been going here since I was a kid but as soon as I became a university student/adult they began trying to overcharge me. At my last visit they saw something that needed immediate attention and decided to not schedule me until I was back in December for treatment. When I tried to seek attention (since my tooth was bothering me), I and my mother were met with nasty attitudes from staff. Do not recommend for young adults/students that attend dental appointments by themselves.
Receptionist don’t listen, and very rude. Try to over charge customers for their mistakes.
Dr. Amy Griffith is a fantastic dentist. I can't recommend her highly enough! Her work is perfection and (although she warned about possible discomfort) painless. Believe me, I was not disappointed about avoiding discomfort. A dentalphobe, I found the entire office staff calming, professional, kind, and welcoming. Did I mention the office is gorgeous?
