Horrible stench, broken glass in the pool area, and trash everywhere. I didn’t even speak to a leasing agent because I knew this was not the place for me. Don’t waste your time even looking at the property.

RecommendedI am the Comcast representative for this community. Every time I visit the property I am greeted by warm friendly people who have always made time for me. They take great care in their residents and ensure that their residents are always having a great experience at their community. The community grounds themselves are always neat and clean. The location of the community is very convenient for anyone wanting to live the downtown lifestyle. Super dog friendly and super easy to get to.
seems like I'm being silenced on the portal. there was a large incident where many residents were concerned. now since I was I'm the middle of this incident I was very expressive of my concerns. they are picking and choosing which of my posts they are allowing but will keep a post up of a resident being hostile to others. can't silence me management at pine ave. RecommendedI loved this apartment before I even moved here when I saw it online. I immediately reserved it once I had a tour. It's a petite complex comparing to many others which is not very crowded and busy. The exterior and interior are both adorable and like new to me! The management team is helpful. Manager Taryn helps efficiently and extremely friendly. My favorite is the super maintenance team. RecommendedNew to Austin but the team at Griffis Parmer Lane has been a true help in getting us situated and settled. They are very helpful and provide quick responses. The units are spacious and we love the amenities that this property has to offer.
RecommendedI absolutely LOVE my stay here at Griffis Parmer Lane and the MAIN reason I would have to say would be the Leasing Staff and maintenance crew. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly here. I highly recommended
RecommendedI absolutely loved living here, and I can't say that for many apartment complexes. The staff was always super friendly an accommodating and the premises was kept very clean. Maintenance requests were always handled really quickly. I would definitely choose to live here again!
