I would just like to start by saying, these apartments are beautiful inside! We absolutely loved our apartment. However, due to the way this place is run, we barely lasted our full lease term. First, when signing the lease they tell you about the trash and pest fee, however they don’t go in any length over all the additional fees they add. We did not ask enough questions either. New management. Leadership is lacking...the eventuality = find a another place stay away - have reached out to management to get hit back... I am a veteran lucky enough to be able to have an apt...and id rather be in shelter then here ADA get me out now that I can time to persue this route or wait till lease is up already found new spot ready to roll out...terrible place to live stay away

5 star I have lived in this building now for nearly a year. Although the location is a bit removed, the serenity and neighborhood is a welcomed trade. Since the name/management change, a lot has been noticeably implemented to improve the overall feel and aesthetic of the community. I am scoring the new management and community based on the progress I have seen in the short time that they have taken over. While there may still be some weak spots or areas of concern, I am confident they will be addressed in a reasonable amount... read more

My roommates and I moved into Griffis about two weeks ago and so far they have been incredible. Rea was incredible with our walkthrough and made sure to take thorough pictures of anything around the apartment that needed fixing. We were having some issues with our dryer and a warped cabinet and had someone sent the same day to fix the shelf and bring us a new dryer. The staff have been incredibly nice and helpful and I look forward to our time here!

Worst customer service. Regional managers don't return calls, receptionist at corporate office thought it was funny. Apparently the regional manager is the only person you can speak to, they don't have a boss. The receptions manager is the head of construction, what sense is that? Don't move into any griffis property. They have no follow through and can't apologize when they are wrong.

By repairing the common areas in the building so that paint is not chipping and the carpets are not worn and filthy. By not sending a fake "Notice to Quit" when a resident is one day late with rent, after the resident has called to explain the delay, then charging $80 in fees as if it was served by a law firm (it was not) on top of the $50 late fee (that's excessive, but what I agreed to). And by returning calls and eMails to address those issues when the local management team has failed to do so. That would be a start.

I am in the market for a new place in the area since I will be moving to the area for a new job. Since, i have a friend who has previously lived here, I decided to take a drive through the area. Let me just say, if I am paying 2 grand for a 700 sq ft apartment, I expect for the place to be spotless. Trash everywhere. Looked like there might have been a party at the pool no one bothered to clean up. Then this stench. I mean horrible. I couldn’t stand the smell. It wasn’t even worth going to talk to the leasing agent.
