This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at! They charge 75 for the first garage parking then if you have a second car they want to charge you and additional 200! So 275 for two spots in the garage! Many cars have been broken into mine was broken into! You can’t park on the side of the building because you will get a ticket! This place has been the most inconvenient! Packages go missing all the time, appliances are dated, surrounding area is subpar, rats in the garage, the hallways smell like garbage all the tim... read more

low quality apartment ceilings , charging for amenities when everything is closed due to covid and making tenants pay anyhow, forced valet trash for $45 per month , plus another $20 for trash/month , smell of trash in hallways in front of lift, plenty of ways you could improve if you want to.
Avoid Griffis Residential properties AT ALL COSTS. Staff constantly refuses to help residents - in this case, with theft of a package; has cut off communication between residents on weekends and weeknights during a national pandemic; is CRAWLING with homeless people with numerous thefts throughout the building, mail room, and garage; won't fix issues including FIRE HAZARDS in apartments; does nothing to implement tenant rules besides post on a message board; thinks it's okay for rust filled water to pour into a tenants bathr... read more
They ask you to come to them if you have any issues. I got attacked from a dog from the back. It knocked me down then started attacking my dog. I am bruised and scratched up because of it and so is my dog but they are blaming us for it and saying I didn’t have control of my dog. I got taken out by someone else’s dog from the back. This place is a joke. Don’t come to them about anything or they will use it against you. Spend your money else where. I will make sure to spread the word that the people who run this place view their tenants as nothing more than dollar signs instead of HUMAN BEINGS and are treating them as though they are the ones at fault for the effects of a PANDEMIC that is not only causing MILLIONS OF PEOPLE TO LOSE THEIR JOBS, but has cost thousands upon thousands of people their LIVES. CHARGING FULL RENT IN A PANDEMIC IS EVIL!!!
Just moved in about a month ago during all this COVID-19 stuff. The staff has handled it in the best possible way they can! The maintenance man Dan was very polite and sweet as he fixed the things we needed in a quick amount of time! Highly recommend this place, the location is prime downtown and the inside is up to date and nice!!
