fast, friendly service with a smile
I loved Nicolle. She came to assist me. I have one complaint. The driver who took Me home made me feel invisible. He only talked to the lady who was in the front seat. He never acknowledged me until he dropped off the first woman. I felt so invaluable as a customer even thought I spent a 1000 dollars that visit. All customers should be treated equal. Regardless-of race.
Knowledgeable/Friendly staff. Great quality, I get my Jeep maintenance and company car maintenance done here.
They were able to figure out the problem I was having with my van quickly. I had paid prior to going to Griffin and the amount I paid out was over $2000 with no results. Griffin found the issue and corrected it and now I can rely on my vehicle again. Steve at the service department was awesome
Professional and person staff
I would never buy a car from them. I had verbal agreement with them to buy a car and was in the process of cleaning my car out and going in sign the paperwork. I received a call about 15 minutes later and told me they sold the car. I talk to the Tom the GM and basically got the run around. Talk with two asst. managers before that and getting two different stories. Moral of the story don't trust them. My next call is to the owner
