Service Dept. is a POS. My mother had to leave town on short notice and stopped in and asked if someone could check her oil, a 5 second job, pull the dipstick out and see if its low. "all our techs are busy, we will get to you in an hour", WTF? In the time the young dark haired idiot told her that he could have checked it.
